Some small tweaks!

• Rebalanced Mother Mush and Coven water income. Mother Mush water scaling should fall off around when you get Covens, making them actually relevant to your economy.
• Reworked Sacrifice. Covens can now sacrifice mushlings to increase water income or gain green or compost income.
• Added a Fast Start option once you've beaten the game. This defaults you to starting a new game with 2 AP.
• You can now reactivate the tutorial.
